Courtney M. English, intellectual property and business law attorney, has joined Danna McKitrick, P.C. as Senior Counsel. Courtney focuses her practice on business formation, contracts, and ensuring brand protection through trademark searches, filing, and prosecution. 

In addition to her personal experience forming two successful businesses, Courtney served in the legal department for two multi-million dollar corporations where she negotiated, drafted, and reviewed contracts and assisted with business formation and trademark protection. 

After graduating from Illinois State University with a B.S. in political science and government (2012), Courtney earned her Juris Doctorate degree from Florida Coastal School of Law (2017).

Courtney is admitted to practice in Missouri and Texas. She was honored as one of the 2023 "Best Attorneys" by the St. Louis Small Business Monthly.
