A member of the firm’s transactional team, Steve Ahillen regularly assists businesses with entity formation, mergers and acquisitions, contracts, commercial lending and borrowing, employment, cybersecurity, and regulatory compliance matters. A former and seasoned litigator, clients rely on Steve’s courtroom experience to help understand and mitigate risk.
Steve earned his J.D. cum laude from DePaul University College of Law where he also earned a Certificate in Business Law. He graduated from Saint Louis University summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in History and Political Science. He was on the Dean’s List all through college and law school. He currently is completing his L.L.M. in Taxation at Washington University in St. Louis.
