YOUNG LAWYER DIVISION TREASURER
St. Louis, MO – James M. Heffner, a member of Clayton-based Danna McKitrick, P.C., was elected as Treasurer of the Young Lawyer Division of the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis on April 6.
Heffner practices in corporate and real estate law. He has experience in the purchase, sale, financing and leasing of real estate, as well as drafting and negotiation of construction documents. In corporate matters, he supports business owners in structuring entities, shareholder disputes, mergers and stock purchases/redemptions.
“As Treasurer, I will serve on the Executive Committee of the Young Lawyers Division of the Bar Association. I look forward to supporting the organization’s continuing initiatives in educational and charitable issues that will come before that body.”
