A federal judge has approved the $24 million settlement agreement between PSL holders and the St. Louis Rams.
PSL holders will receive a 30% refund of the PSL purchase price for the remaining nine years of their 30-year PSL contract with the Rams, up to a total settlement payment by the Rams of $24 million.
HOWEVER, PSL HOLDERS MUST SUBMIT A CLAIM TO RECEIVE PAYMENT.

HOW TO FILE CLAIM
If you are a PSL holder and have not yet filed a claim, go to www.RamsPSLClassActionSettlement.com to file your claim.
The deadline to file claims is August 23, 2019.
According to David R. Bohm, less than 50% of the eligible PSL licensees have submitted a claim to date. Bohm, a principal of Danna McKitrick, P.C., is one of the class counsel representing persons who owned St. Louis Rams Personal Seat Licenses in a class action lawsuit against the Rams.
WHO IS ELIGIBLE TO FILE A CLAIM
Bohm explained that in addition to PSL holders who purchased season tickets through the 2015 season (the last year the Rams played in St. Louis), PSL holders who stopped purchasing season tickets prior to 2015 and did not receive a written notice from the Rams that their PSL had been cancelled also qualify as class members.
Specifically, the following persons are eligible to receive payment from the settlement:
- Rams Class:
2. Had any Rams or FANS PSL transferred to them; or
3. Upgraded their PSL tier;
B. Purchased Rams season tickets through their PSLs for the 2015 season;
C. Did not purchase Rams season tickets for the 2015 season but did not receive a PSL cancellation notice from the Rams.
- FANS Class:
All persons or entities who, at the conclusion of the 2015 season, owned a PSL purchased from FANS, Inc. that was not later transferred or upgraded and who:
A. Had purchased Rams season tickets for the 2015 season
B. Did not purchase Rams season tickets for the 2015 season but did not receive a PSL cancellation notice from the PSL licensor.
You are not a Class Member if you do not meet the requirements of either the Rams Class or FANS Class.
