Danna McKitrick is pleased to announce that David R. Bohm has been named as a recipient of the Missouri Lawyers 2020 Top Verdicts & Settlements Awards for the settlement of a class action lawsuit against the St. Louis Rams involving personal seat licenses (PSLs).
David was one of the class counsel who represented several plaintiff classes made up of persons who owned St. Louis Rams Personal Seat Licenses in a class action lawsuit against the St. Louis Rams.
The plaintiffs and Rams entered into a settlement agreement of a total payment of up to $24 million by the team for the nine years remaining on the 30-year PSL contracts when the team left St. Louis in 2016. Under the settlement, PSL owners who filed successful claims received a 30% refund of the PSL purchase price.
