Bryan J. Schrempf Elected as Principal at Danna McKitrick, P.C.

Danna McKitrick, P.C. is pleased to announce that Bryan J. Schrempf has been elected to the position of Principal by the firm’s Board of Directors, effective January 22, 2025.

Schrempf first joined Danna McKitrick in 2023, serving as Senior Counsel for the firm. Leveraging his background in accounting, Schrempf represents individuals, businesses, and insurers in a wide variety of transactions and lawsuits. He primarily focuses on the following areas of law: litigation; wills, trusts, and estates; business and corporate counsel; and real estate.

A graduate of the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign with a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy (2008) and a Master of Accounting Science with a minor in finance (2009), Schrempf earned his Juris Doctorate degree with a concentration in Tax Law and a certificate in employment law from Saint Louis University School of Law (2012).
Schrempf is admitted to practice in Missouri, Illinois, and the U.S. District Courts, Eastern District of Missouri and the Southern and Central Districts of Illinois. He is a frequent author and presenter on topics related to estate and trust administration, probate, special needs trusts, and litigation.
