With profound sadness, Danna McKitrick, P.C. announces the passing of our colleague and friend, Cheryl Beebe-Snell, on Thursday, May 2, 2024. Cheryl was a member of the firm as a business law and estate planning attorney for over 40 years.

Cheryl had a knack for integrating business owners’ current needs with their long-term objectives. She worked with closely-held businesses handling special circumstances surrounding business formation, sales, mergers, and acquisitions. She provided tax analyses, contract work, and strategic employee benefit scenarios (including public pension plans), strategic succession planning, and guidance on long-term benefits for shareholders via retirement plans and other means.

Cheryl worked with business owners and other high net-worth individuals to create complex estate plans through a variety of legal vehicles such as gifting and trusts and in the administration of trusts.

Cheryl's loss is deeply felt by his family and those of us at Danna McKitrick, as well as her clients and others who held her in high regard.
