    WOW! The Post Dispatch article “St. Louis should keep its promises.” was veraciously candid, researched and well written. I was amazed the newspaper allowed a principled article written concerning the points you brought out for St Louis’ fininacial woes. You were right to the point, no holds barred and credible.
    Most of all, a good friend to those working in public safety.
