Patrick Murphy, a CPA and transactional attorney, possesses a strong background in public accounting where he honed his financial and advisory skills working with two local CPA firms and a global Big 4 firm.
His keen interest in business and personal financial matters inspired him to pursue a legal career through which he could even more thoroughly assist families and business owners through all the phases of planning and executing their objectives. For families and individuals, he provides general legal advice and planning including estate planning. Because of his combination of accountancy and legal experience, Patrick’s clients are confident that he considers their complete picture when contemplating options.
Much of Patrick’s corporate work involves transactions such as advice and contracts surrounding mergers and acquisitions, buy/sell agreements, corporate structuring, and real estate transactions for small to medium-sized businesses.
