Thomas
G. Glick
Tom Glick works in all aspects of probate and trust litigation. He is also skilled in handling estate administration, guardianships and conservatorships, estate planning, mental health matters, and real estate transactional needs.
Understanding that most people are overwhelmed when they are faced with issues and decisions in the process of estate and trust administration, Tom caringly guides clients through every stage of these processes. Some difficult situations he helps people with on a regular basis include:
Tom’s personable nature makes navigating difficult issues a less stressful experience for the family members involved. His personal service philosophy is respect and compassion for the position his clients are in when they come to him for help. This, along with his knowledge of the law, is what sets him apart.
An authority on estate-related issues, Tom speaks and writes on these topics
regularly. Recognition for his knowledge in this area includes an invitation to serve on the Missouri Governor’s Advisory Council on Aging. He also received the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis President’s Outstanding Service Award (2005) and the Volunteer Lawyers Program of Legal Services of Eastern Missouri award (2002) for his pro-bono work.
Prior to joining Danna McKitrick, Tom led a private firm for eight years. Earlier in his legal career, he was a staff attorney to the St. Louis County Probate Court.
