A. Gamache
David works regularly with businesses across a broad range of industries. Since entering practice in 1982, his concentration remains in the handling of business
transactions.
Intellectual Property. David earned an advanced law degree in intellectual
property in order to be directly involved in protecting clients’ core products, ideas, and other intellectual capital. Trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets, and the ‘know-how’ developed by emerging and established businesses are all highly valuable assets which are often under-protected and vulnerable to unauthorized use.
Real Estate. David provides legal counsel in virtually all aspects of commercial and residential real estate transactions. These include the purchase, sale, development, financing, and leasing of real estate. He is a licensed real estate broker in Missouri.
Banking & Finance. Loan documentation, foreclosures, and workouts are among the areas in which David has substantial experience.
Corporate Law. Assisting business owners and management, David provides
advice on a day-to-day basis. He brings the experience of serving on or providing counsel to many boards of directors and has guided numerous clients through complex financing, corporate structuring, and general business concerns.
