Jennifer
A. Doering
Jenn Doering is a member of Danna McKitrick’s litigation department concentrating
her practice in bankruptcy, as well as civil and commercial litigation. She also counsels clients in taking proactive steps to avoid litigation in the first place.
Bankruptcy. As a member of the firm’s bankruptcy and creditors’ rights practice
group, Jenn serves as counsel for the trustee and assists with the administration of
bankruptcy cases. She represents creditors in maximizing their return in bankruptcy
and represents debtors in a variety of proceedings in bankruptcy court as well as in
informal workouts.
Litigation. Handling matters for clients engaged in active litigation or evaluating the
possibility, Jenn represents individuals and businesses in state and federal courts.
Her work includes health care and general corporate matters. She also works on several
high-profile pension funding cases.
Formulating multiple potential solutions and being able to provide people with as
many options as possible—a frequent scenario in bankruptcy law—is something Jenn
enjoys greatly about her practice.
Jenn joined Danna McKitrick as a law clerk in January 2007 and has worked in the
field of law since 2004.
