Kevin
B. Behrndt
Kevin Behrndt has over 20 strong years in the practice of law. He has extensive experience litigating insurance defense, commercial, personal injury, and legal malpractice defense matters.
He tried over 30 jury cases to verdict and has seen more than 60 appellate cases to conclusion. Kevin argued extensively before the Supreme Court of Missouri, the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals, and all three divisions of the Missouri Court of Appeals.
Before joining Danna McKitrick, Kevin worked for 12 years with another Missouri law firm in the areas of civil litigation including insurance defense, commercial litigation, personal injury, malpractice and family law.
He served as Assistant Attorney General from 1985-89 representing the state of Missouri in criminal appellate proceedings in state and federal courts; two of these years, he served as counsel for the Missouri Department of Mental Health.
