Bio
Chris is a member of Danna McKitrick’s litigation department working primarily in the evaluation and defense of workers’ compensation and other insurance claims.
Protecting the interests of employers and insurers, Chris develops and executes claims management strategies, assesses and meets client objectives, provides valuations, and recommends terms of potential settlement. He is involved with preparations for administrative proceedings and makes frequent court appearances.
Chris also has several years experience analyzing liability and damages in context of insurance and malpractice defense, as well as domestic (family law) and real estate litigation.
Prior to joining Danna McKitrick, Chris was an attorney with an insurance defense boutique firm in St. Louis, working solely on defense of insurance claims. While in law school he clerked with a Columbia, Missouri law firm for two years. He also worked as a reporter and producer for KOMU-TV as part of his undergraduate education at the University of Missouri.
Chris believes that his hard work, attention to detail, and commitment to frequent communications with clients contribute to the strong, collaborative results he achieves with the insurance companies he serves.
