Bio
As Danna McKitrick’s director of administration, Jim oversees all aspects of the firm’s operations including human resources, information technology systems, financial processes, and facilities.
Serving as an ex-officio member of the executive committee, he works closely with the firm’s principals on fiscal and management issues, is heavily involved in strategic and long-term planning, as well as the firm’s marketing team and efforts.
Since Jim joined Danna McKitrick in 1997, he’s led a particularly strong effort to increase the firm’s use of technology. The results include vastly expanded resources and greater efficiencies in legal service delivery. He enhanced the security and stability of the firm’s information technology systems and improved performance reporting to include areas that were previously difficult to detect or measure.
Jim began working within the legal profession while earning his M.B.A. when he assisted a solo practitioner launch his law practice. He worked with another firm as their first professional administrator before joining Danna McKitrick in his present role.
