Heffner Named Associate at Danna McKitrick

St. Louis, MO – James M. Heffner, a newly licensed attorney having just passed the July 2005 Missouri bar exam, is promoted to Associate Attorney from his position as law clerk. Heffner practices in both litigation and transactional law.

“We are proud of James for his performance on the Bar exam and we’re delighted to welcome him to Danna McKitrick. He has excellent educational achievements and valuable practical experience, but we are most impressed with his performance in the firm over the last year or so,” says Mike McKitrick, a senior principal in the firm’s litigation department.

Heffner received his J.D. from Saint Louis University School of Law in 2005. He posses a German Proficiency Certificate from the Universität Tuebingen and attended the University of Missouri-Columbia accomplishing his B.A. with honors. He placed on the Dean’s List and received the University of Missouri-Columbia Excellence Award, Chancellor’s Scholarship and Tom Berenger Award for Academic Excellence. Heffner joined the firm as a law clerk in the fall of 2004.

St. Louis, MO – Cheryl Beebe-Snell and Ruth Binger, two principals at law firm Danna McKitrick P.C., are awarded by BioGenerator for their time commitment to the organization and to BioGenerator’s client companies. Recipients were among several companies nominated for their positive impact to the biotech businesses that BioGenerator helps to nurture.
