Kevin B. Behrndt Elected Principal at Danna McKitrick, P.C.

FIRM PROMOTES LITIGATION ATTORNEY

Clayton, MO – Kevin Behrndt, litigation attorney, is Danna McKitrick’s newest elected principal of the firm. Behrndt practices primarily in the areas of insurance defense, personal injury, and legal malpractice defense. Behrndt represents individuals and businesses in commercial litigation. His varied background includes representing the State of Missouri in trial and appellate proceedings as Assistant Attorney General from 1985-1989 after which he has been in private practice.

Of his new position, Behrndt says: “Danna McKitrick is not the typical law firm. I’m really proud to join the leadership team in this firm because of the unique, collegial atmosphere here and our ability to be very personal in our delivery of client services.”

Behrndt received his J.D. from the Washington University School of Law in 1985 and his B.A., magna cum laude, from the University of Notre Dame in 1982.
